India, Balmadi, Estate Peaberry

Roasted on First Street in historic Snohomish Washington our Estate Peaberry beans are harvested in Balmadi India. 

This roast has well balanced bittersweet flavor accented by savory hints of roasted nuts, and grains. The wet aroma is moderately sweet and has 'toasted' accents, like a caramel peanut brittle bar. The cup has layered bittersweet flavors that start off like dark chocolate, and peel back to reveal notes of chocolate granola, and some bitter baking cocoa in the aftertaste.
