Shipping policy
We package our items with great care. But if for some reason an item arrives damaged you have 10 days from the delivery date to send a photo of the item in the condition it was in upon arrival to valflynnpottery@gmail.com (including packaging it was sent in) and a refund will be issued upon approval.
