Refunds and Returns


Because of the nature of our handmade products we do not offer returns or refunds, however, we do want to you love the pottery you purchase. Therefore returns and refunds are approved on a case by case basis. Please email us at to request a refund. 

If your request for a refund is approved you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the item is received in its original condition a refund will be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items that are not promptly returned in their original condition.

We package our items with great care. But if for some reason an item arrives damaged you have 10 days from the delivery date to send a photo of the item in the condition it was in upon arrival (including packaging it was sent in) and a refund will be issued.

I started making pottery in 2010 I knew there was something there when I first experienced the tactile nature of this art form. I just needed to get my hands on more clay and keep creating. It's been more than ten years that I have been working with clay and my love for creating with it continues to grow.
